Samia Mirza

As Managing Director of We-Collab, Samia has led national policy and advocacy technical assistance projects impacting the lives of children and their families. She has experience across multiple industries in project management, management consulting, and equity training. Samia views community change and racial equity through the lens of organizational change and leadership development. She understands that to shift an equity centered strategy, there must be a focus on change management and behavioral change within philanthropic organizations.

Samia is the lead writer for the RWJF Health Equity online curriculum and lead on Communications Network’ digital tool ComnetworkDEI.org. Samia is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate to the children in foster care where she supports the needs of children as they navigate the foster system and their social and community context.
