Erika Pollard

Erika Pollard is an experienced mortgage professional currently serving as the AVP West Market Mortgage Officer at The Community Bank since March 2017. With a progressive career in the banking sector, Erika's previous roles include West Market Mortgage Officer, Senior Mortgage Loan Specialist, and Mortgage Specialist at The Community Bank. Prior to that, Erika worked at PNC from August 2010 to March 2017, holding titles such as Branch Manager, Senior; Assistant Branch Manager; Financial Sales Consultant; Customer Service Associate; and Full-Time Teller. Erika holds a Bachelor's Degree from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and an Associate's Degree in Human Services from Central Ohio Technical College.
