Kaleigh Elwell

Kaleigh Elwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community investment and program management. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at The Community Builders, Inc. since March 2016, Kaleigh has structured financing for affordable housing developments and managed relationships with financial partners. Previous roles include Project Consultant for the City of Leominster, Graduate Research Assistant at both the Institute on Assets and Social Policy and the Sillerman Center, and Fair Housing Specialist at the Fair Housing Partnership of Greater Pittsburgh. Kaleigh holds a Master of Public Policy and an MBA from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, along with a BA in Sociology from Vassar College.
