Ikya Thearam

Ikya Thearam is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in various roles related to community engagement, education, and business development. Currently serving as a University Program Fellow at Plug and Play Tech Center and as part of Community Cohort #3 at The Community Collective, Ikya also holds the position of Head of Platform at NextGen Ventures and serves as the Fastrack Founder for Entrepreneurship Portfolio at Monash University. Previous roles include being an English Tutor at Beyond Books, a Marketing Intern at LUNA, and Director of Outreach for Enactus Monash. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor's degrees in International Business and Business from Monash University, alongside foundational education from Nossal High School.
