Sonia Bonnici

Sonia Bonnici is an experienced recruitment and talent management professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as GM Talent at affix since July 2022, Sonia is committed to enhancing the recruitment experience and offers innovative solutions to support business growth. In addition, Sonia works as an Alumni Editor at The Community Collective, facilitating the development of community strategies, and has participated in the Community Cohort #2, focused on connecting community builders globally. Previous positions include Head of Embedded Solutions at affix in collaboration with 99designs, Head of Talent at Affix Group Pty Ltd, Recruitment Consultant at AustralianSuper, and HR Recruitment Executive at Talent2. Sonia began their career at Hudson Global Resources, where responsibilities spanned recruitment across various sectors. Sonia holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Monash University and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Victoria University.
