Natalie J.

Natalie J. serves as the Director of Instructional Design and Online Learning at The Community College of Baltimore County since November 2018. Previously, Natalie held various roles at the University of Baltimore, including Instructional Designer and Interim Director of the Center for Excellence in Learning, Teaching and Technology, from September 2014 to November 2018. Natalie’s experience also includes serving as Director of Program Design at Laureate Education, Inc. and a range of positions at Johns Hopkins University from 1998 to 2012, where responsibilities encompassed Instructional Designer, Assistant Director, Project Manager, and Faculty. Early career experience includes working as a Media Specialist at the University of Baltimore from May 1994 to July 1998. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Teaching the Adult Learner from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Arts in Media Design/Publications Design, and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication, all from the University of Baltimore.
