Wini Alexander, CPLC, is an experienced transformational coach with over 15 years dedicated to empowering women in self-discovery and personal growth. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Morgan State University and an Adjunct Professor at the Community College of Baltimore County, Wini also founded and leads My7Words, LLC, focusing on mental and emotional well-being through group facilitation. Previous roles include Training Manager and Community Liaison at Humanim, where responsibilities included curriculum development, as well as founding Red Cardinal Consulting Firm, providing expert customer service training. Wini's extensive background also features significant leadership positions within various organizations, including NAF and Parkway Hospitality Management.
