Shoshana Cuevas currently holds the position of Asset Manager at The Community Preservation Corporation since April 2024 and is a Life Insurance Agent with PHP Agency, Inc. since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Property Manager at Andrews Organization and Douglas Emmett, and Founder of Global Lifestyle Design, LLC. Shoshana also served as Portfolio Officer in the Special Assets Group at Bank of America and Property Manager at Public Storage. Earlier in the career, Shoshana worked as Service Manager at Macy's West and as Vice President/Corporate Banking Officer at Comerica Bank. Shoshana is pursuing a Master’s of Science in Real Estate Development from Fordham University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix.

The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) was launched in 1974 through a joint agreement between the City of New York and its leading commercial banks to restore and rebuild New York’s aging neighborhoods.
