Lauren Carlson

Lauren Carlson has extensive experience in e-commerce merchandising, operations, and analytics, currently serving in that role at The Company Store since November 2020. Prior to this, Lauren held multiple leadership positions at Boll & Branch, including Vice President of Merchandising & Planning and Sr. Director of Merchandising, Planning & Retail from April 2018 to May 2020. Lauren's career at Macy's spanned from 2003 to April 2018, where Lauren progressed through various roles including Vice President of Regional Planning, District Planner, Merchandise Planner, and Buyer. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University.
