Hayley Kingdom

Hayley Kingdom is currently the Chief People Officer at The Compleat Food Group. Hayley has a strong background in HR, with previous roles at Burton's Biscuit Company, easyJet, and Tesco PLC. Hayley specializes in driving HR strategies to enhance attraction, retention, and engagement within the workforce. With a BA in Sports Science and Psychology from Cardiff University, Hayley also holds CIPD qualifications and a Certificate in Recruitment Practice from Watford College. Prior to their current role, Hayley has also worked in recruitment and training management positions.
