Cassandra Ellis

Cassandra (CJ) Ellis is an accomplished engineering professional with a diverse background in mechanical engineering and business ownership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at The Conair Group since August 2022, Cassandra oversees downstream extrusion and process engineering. As a small business owner at Little Spigot Transport LLC since February 2020, Cassandra manages water delivery services for various applications. Previous roles include Lead Engineer at Falcon Asphalt Repair Equipment, where project and people management were key responsibilities; Product Development Engineer at Morbark, LLC, focusing on prototype design and cost reduction initiatives; and significant contributions in research and development at Dürr. With a strong foundation in CAD, project management, and manufacturing processes, Cassandra holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Michigan and has also gained experience as a Design Engineer Intern at Moeller Aerospace and as an Automotive Technician.
