Blaine T. Phillips Jr.

SVP & Mid-Atlantic Regional Director, Conservation Acquisition at The Conservation Fund

Blaine was a Senior Attorney at the Southern Environmental Law Center and served as a Legislative Assistant to Senator William V. Roth Jr.

He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Longwood Gardens, Brandywine Conservancy, and Chesapeake Conservancy and the President of Fair Play Foundation. Blaine is a longstanding member of Ducks Unlimited, Trout Unlimited, and was the 1996 recipient of the Chairman's Environmental Award from Trout Unlimited.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Maryland State Bars and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Blaine earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Virginia.
