Joe Standen

Joe Standen is an experienced campaign manager and political candidate currently serving as the Campaign Manager for Penny Mordaunt MP's 2024 General Election campaign with The Conservative Party. Standen is also a candidate for Baffins, Portsmouth in both the 2023 and 2024 Conservative Party elections. In addition to political work, Standen has been involved with Hilsea Cricket Club since its inception in 2014, holding various committee positions, including Club Grounds Manager. Prior professional experience includes roles such as Managing Director at Spinnaker Associates Ltd and Account Manager at Resolve. Standen's career began in the Royal Marines, serving as a Royal Marine Commando from 2003 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a BTEC Diploma in Public Services from the City of Portsmouth College.
