Leisa Griffin

Leisa Griffin is an accomplished project and events manager with a diverse background in delivering high-impact programs and events across various sectors, including academia, sustainability, and community initiatives. Currently involved with The Conservative Party since August 2022, Leisa previously served as a project manager at Sika, where transformational change and the implementation of Agile project methodologies were key focus areas. At Macquarie University from April 2019 to September 2021, Leisa excelled as Project and Events Director, enhancing student recruitment and managing successful large-scale events, even amid COVID-19 challenges. Leisa's extensive experience includes roles at renowned institutions such as The University of Sydney and TP Advisory, where project management and stakeholder engagement were pivotal to success. Leisa holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
