Arno Jellema

Arno Jellema is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and customer experience. Since October 2008, Arno has served as Chief Experience Officer at tcf. Prior to this role, Arno was with StreamServe from March 2000 to October 2009, holding various positions including Vice President of Product Management, where responsibilities included overseeing the product portfolio, and Director of Product Management for Business Solutions, focusing on product development for document composition and business processes. Arno also played a key role as Principal Sales Consultant and Manager of Professional Services, contributing to the establishment and success of the Benelux organization and the implementation of complex projects, ultimately leading to a profitable subsidiary for StreamServe.
