Gareth Wyn-Jones

Gareth Wyn-Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contact center management and operations. Starting a career at Burtons Menswear as a Concessions Manager, Gareth progressed through various roles including Team Manager at Bank of Scotland and Virgin Media, and Manager at Alliance & Leicester. Currently serving as Senior Contact Centre Manager at The Contact Company since September 2009, Gareth has also held positions as Contact Centre Manager and Operations Manager. Educationally, Gareth holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Design and Visual Communications from Mosslands School for Boys.
