Carla Armfield

Carla Armfield has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Carla began their career as a District Director at Eddie Bauer in 1993 and worked there until 2000. In 2000, they joined Pier 1 as a Divisional Director and held the position until 2004. Carla then worked at Old Navy as a District Manager from 2004 to 2007. After leaving Old Navy, they joined Ross Stores as a District Manager and stayed with the company until 2012. Since 2012, Carla has been working at The Container Store, where they started as an Area Director and eventually progressed to Regional Director and currently serves as the Senior Director of Professional Partnership.

Carla Armfield obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where they studied from 1987 to 1992.
