Emily Ailie

Emily Ailie has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Emily currently holds the role of Sr. Director of Product Development, Design, Brand Management, and Sourcing at The Container Store since July 2023. Prior to this, Emily worked at Atventure Retail Group as a Director from June 2020 to August 2023.

From 2013 to 2020, Emily held various roles at Bluestem Brands, Inc., including the position of Director of Buying, Private Label Sourcing, and Product Development from May 2015 to January 2020. Emily also served as the Business Lead for Oracle Retail Implementation from January 2014 to May 2015, and as a Buyer for Housewares from May 2013 to January 2014.

Before joining Bluestem Brands, Inc., Emily worked at Target.com as a Product Development Manager from March 2011 to May 2013. Emily also held the role of Merchandise Planning Manager for Toys/Sports/Outdoor/Luggage from November 2009 to March 2011, and was a Buyer for Bedding and Bath from May 2008 to November 2009.

Emily's earlier experience includes working at Blissliving Home as an Executive from April 2007 to May 2008, at bluemercury as a Buyer from October 2006 to April 2007, and at Target as a Sr. Business Analyst for Women's Accessories from September 2005 to August 2006. Emily also served as a Business Analyst for Audio Electronics from September 2004 to September 2005, and as a Senior Process Analyst from March 2003 to September 2004.

Emily began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Sr. Associate in Assurance and Business Advisory Services from September 2000 to March 2003.

Emily Ailie attended the University of St. Thomas from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
