Heather Logsdon

Heather Logsdon has extensive experience in compensation and human resources, working at various companies throughout their career. Heather began their career at Baylor Health Care System as an Analyst in Compensation before transitioning to Neiman Marcus, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Compensation and Vice President of Compensation, HRIS, and HR Admin. Heather then joined TPG Capital as a Senior Associate in Compensation before moving to The Container Store, where they currently hold the position of Director of Compensation. Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated strong expertise in compensation and has progressively advanced in their roles.

Heather Logsdon received a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of North Texas in 1996. Following this, they went on to earn their Master's degree in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2000.
