The Contentment Foundation
We believe in a world where everyone has the tools to cultivate sustainable wellbeing from the inside out. We offer simple, powerful tools to help teachers, students and adults meaningfully navigate their inner selves; ultimately rediscovering that they’re already whole just as they are. We aim to help raise the overall psychological and emotional health of people worldwide by providing powerful self-awareness and emotional intelligence tools to schools globally. Our evidence-based early childhood and K-8 lesson plans, known as the Four Pillars of Wellbeing, are designed to empower students with tools to understand and process their life experiences. The four pillars include mindfulness, community, self-curiosity and contentment & balance -- they are deeply anchored on philosophical, spiritual and scientific research. It’s the first ever curriculum offered that takes on a holistic approach to wellbeing, making it a high-impact, sustainable model. Our vision for the future is to live in a world where every adult and child has access to education, communities, and personal practices that cultivate indestructible wellbeing.
