Anisha Grover currently serves as the Lead of the Strategy, Investments & Portfolio team at The Convergence Foundation since January 2024. Prior experience includes a Manager role at Bain & Company from May 2019 to January 2024, specializing in strategy and execution across various sectors, particularly healthcare. Anisha also had stints as a Junior Consultant and Summer Associate at Bain & Company and Playment, respectively, where leadership skills were demonstrated by managing a team of over eight and significantly contributing to company revenue. Earlier in the career, Anisha worked as a Graduate Trainee at Flipkart Internet Private Limited. Anisha holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (2015).
