Shriya Sethi

Shriya Sethi currently serves as an Operating Partner at The Convergence Foundation since December 2024, following a role as Senior Expert and Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from April 2022 to December 2024. Prior to that, Shriya held various leadership positions, including Invitee Board Member at SEWA Bharat and Senior Strategic Advisor at Wadhwani AI. With extensive experience in public policy, health, technology, and gender initiatives, Shriya has contributed significantly to projects like the National Digital Health Mission and the Women's Entrepreneurship Platform. Educationally, Shriya holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and completed leadership training at THNK School of Leadership in 2021.
