Justin Clymer

Justin Clymer serves as the Associate Director of Resource Management at the National Cooperative Business Association CLUSA International, where responsibilities include collaborating with the CFO to develop standardized management systems and ensuring fiscal compliance across corporate budgets. With extensive experience in budgeting and financial monitoring, prior roles include Senior Budgeting and Financial Monitoring Manager at NCBA CLUSA, Project Manager at FHI 360, and Budget Analyst at the Academy for Educational Development. Justin co-founded Trade Wind Traders LLC, facilitating Caribbean access to U.S. e-commerce, and held financial positions at CHF International and Peapack Gladstone Bank. Justin holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Seton Hall University and an AA in Business Administration from County College of Morris.
