Naila Timergali

Naila Timergali is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and project financial management. As the Assistant Controller at The CORE Group – Builders since August 2019, Naila manages the monthly billing processes and supports project teams with financial analysis and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Naila served as a Cost Accountant at XL Construction, overseeing financial operations for over 40 projects and mentoring team members. Naila’s experience also includes working as a Project Accountant at Skanska USA Building, where significant contributions were made to a $1.3 billion project, and earlier roles in administrative and budget assistance at various organizations. Naila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Finance from William & Mary.
