Carol Pearse, BSN-RN, CCRN, CEN, TCRN has extensive work experience in various healthcare settings. Carol is currently the Director of Clinical Operations - Spine Centers at The CORE Institute. Previously, they served as the Interventional Radiology Nurse Supervisor at HonorHealth and as a Registered Nurse at Triad HealthCare Network. Carol also worked at Dignity Health as a Registered Nurse, primarily in the ED and MRI departments, as well as in various ICU units and the Rapid Post Procedural Unit. Prior to that, they served as a Registered Nurse at San Juan Regional Medical Center. Carol has also held positions at Centura Health, Banner Health, Health Temp, and MedPro Healthcare Staffing, where they worked as a Registered Nurse in different specialties, including CVICU, CCU, NICU, SICU, MICU, TICU, ICU, PACU, ED, and Telemetry. Carol Pearse brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their current role as Director of Clinical Operations.
Carol Pearse, BSN-RN, CCRN, CEN, TCRN, holds a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from Western Governors University, obtained in 2020. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree from Winona State University in 1984-1985, although the field of study is not specified. Carol also holds an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Rochester Community and Technical College, acquired in 1981-1983.
In addition to their education, Carol Pearse has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Carol is a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN-A) from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, obtained in January 2019. Carol is also a Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) and holds the TCRN certification, both conferred by the Emergency Nurses Association in October 2017. Carol Pearse is licensed as a registered nurse in the states of Colorado, Arizona, and Minnesota, having obtained their licenses in 2010, 1985, and 1984, respectively.
