Chief Marketing Officer at The Cotswold Company

Matt Pollington has had an extensive career in the digital marketing and e-commerce industry. Matt most recently served as the Chief Marketing Officer at The Cotswold Company starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Advisor at L'Estrange London in 2019 and served as an Advisory Board Member at IMRG starting in 2021. From 2020 to 2023, Matt worked at MADE.COM as the Global Director of Customer & Marketing. Matt also served as the Group Chair at ISBA from 2019 to 2023. Before that, they held various digital marketing positions at Sky, Sainsbury's, SurfStitch, and NET-A-PORTER. Matt is known for their expertise in digital and growth marketing.

Matt Pollington's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Nottingham Trent University. Matt studied Product Design Engineering and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree.

In 2010, Matt completed a Diploma in Digital Marketing at the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM), focusing on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.

The following year, in 2011, they pursued a Data Management Award from the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM), enhancing their skills in data management.

To further develop their expertise in the field, Matt pursued a Masters Degree (MSc) in Marketing with a specialization in Digital Commerce at London South Bank University. Matt attended from 2012 to 2013.

In 2019, Matt obtained two additional certifications from Google. Matt acquired the Google Ads Search Certification in November and the Shopping Ads Shopping Certification in December.

In 2022, Matt enrolled in CIMA and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Accounting with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
