Natesh Kumar is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and finance. Currently serving as the CEO of Empower Behavioral Health since February 2015, Natesh is also a Board Member for The Council of Autism Service Providers since July 2024. Previously held positions include CEO at Circle of Care, Board Member at Play Octopus and Spotluck, and Chief Financial Officer at Govind Development. Natesh's earlier career includes roles as a Pricing Loss Manager at Ally Financial Inc., Assistant Director at Hilton Worldwide, and Senior Analyst at Citi. Natesh holds an M.B.A. in Business Analytics, Operations Management, and Strategy from Southern Methodist University and completed undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin.
