Tatum Crews has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.

In 2011, Tatum worked at United Way as a Leadership Executive, where they built relationships, managed donor accounts, and organized community meetings.

From 2011 to 2014, Tatum joined Catalina USA as an Account Manager and Media Consultant. Their responsibilities included leading marketing campaigns for large retail accounts and managing budgets.

Starting in 2014, Tatum worked at Orangetheory Fitness in various roles. They served as a Studio Manager and Director of Employee Development, overseeing multiple studios and training staff. They also worked as a Regional Operations Trainer, monitoring studios and hiring employees.

Tatum joined REGYMEN Fitness in 2017 and held positions such as Vice President Operations, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President Franchise Development.

Most recently, Tatum became the Chief Executive Officer at The Covery Wellness Spa, a destination for immersive wellness experiences. They also worked as the Vice President of Franchise Development at the same company earlier.

Tatum Crews holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida, which they completed in 2012. Before that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from St. Johns River State College in 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In April 2019, Tatum obtained a certification in Disney's Approach to Business Excellence from the Disney Institute. Tatum also holds certifications in Memorable Customer Service and Service Excellence Culture from The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, which they obtained in July 2018. Finally, in May 2017, they received a certification in Dale Carnegie Leadership Training from Dale Carnegie.
