Corey Watanabe

Corey Watanabe is an experienced professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at The Crack Shack since February 2024. Previously, Corey held the General Manager position at SOL Mexican Cocina from April 2021 to March 2024, and served as Assistant General Manager and Assistant Manager at Porto's Bakery & Cafe from August 2016 to May 2021. Corey's career began at The Cheesecake Factory, where a tenure from February 2008 to August 2016 culminated in the role of Senior Manager. Additionally, Corey gained valuable experience as an HR Specialist at Turner's Outdoorsman for a year in 2012. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in 2011.
