Miriya Smith

Miriya Smith, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations and Human Resources Director at The Crack Shack since May 2015. Miriya has also held the position of Human Resources Director and Office Manager at Juniper and Ivy since March 2014, leveraging eight years of expertise to successfully onboard and develop cross-functional teams across various sectors. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Herringbone Restaurant and managerial positions at Searsucker and Stingaree. Miriya holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School.
