VP, Talent Management at THE CRISIS CENTER OF TAMPA BAY INC

Katie Androff is the current Vice President of Talent Management at THE CRISIS CENTER OF TAMPA BAY INC. Katie has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and has been with the Crisis Center for nearly ten years. Prior to their current position, Katie was the Director of Human Resources at SDII Global Corporation from January 2005 to April 2014. In their role at SDII Global Corporation, Katie was responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruiting and staffing; performance management; organizational development and training; employee relations; compensation and benefits; risk management; payroll; and employment legal compliance. Katie also advised and educated management on all HR issues to ensure company compliance with all federal, state and local laws related to employment, employee benefits, compensation, state tax issues and training; remain current with changes in HR and employment.

Since joining THE CRISIS CENTER OF TAMPA BAY INC, Katie has been integral in developing benefit and retention programs designed to attract and retain high quality employees, resulting in minimal turnover of staff. Katie has also overseen risk management programs, including workers’ compensation, safety training and emergency action planning. In their current role as VP of Talent Management, Katie is responsible for managing human resources, accounting, and reception personnel.

Katie Androff has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Katie is certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
