Dorna Shafiei

Dorna Shafiei serves as the VP of Talent Management at Atlas Copco since September 2018, focusing on organizational development and leadership. Prior to this role, Dorna worked at Korn Ferry from May 2014 to August 2018, initially as Associate Principal and previously as a Senior Consultant. Dorna's career began at the Employment Services, Department of Rehabilitation, where Dorna worked as a Psychologist from March 2010 to August 2011, providing coaching and development for government officers. Dorna holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Uppsala University (2005-2010) and a degree in Business Management from IHM Business School (2014-2015).
