Donny Przygodski

Donny Przygodski is a seasoned executive in talent management, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management at Zayo Group since May 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure as Managing Director of Global Talent Management and Business Partnering at Applied Materials from January 2020 to December 2024, and as Head of Global Talent Management at Levi Strauss & Co. from January 2018 to December 2020. Donny also held the position of Head of Executive Talent Management at Equinix from January 2015 to December 2018 and Vice President of Talent Strategies and Services at Action Learning Associates from January 2009 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Wabash College.
