Olu Oluwole

Olu Oluwole has a diverse work experience in the healthcare IT industry. In 2018, they worked as an Epic Activation Specialist at UMMS through The HCI Group and later as an Epic-Care ASAP Trainer at Allegheny Health Network through Optimum Healthcare IT. In 2019, they worked as an Epic- Front Desk (Cadence / Prelude) specialist at The HCI Group and an Epic Ambulatory Specialist at Optimum Healthcare IT. They also worked as an AllScripts Touchworks and Sunrise Trainer at Optimum Healthcare IT. In 2020, Oluwole gained experience as an Allscripts SCM ED Sunrise Trainer (18.4) at Eastern Connecticut Health Network and had a brief role in Epic-Care Implementation (Ambulatory & Cadence) at Lehigh Valley Health Network. They also worked as a Clinical Informatics Specialist at Providence Health through Experis. Their most recent role, starting in 2020, was as an Epic-Care Ambulatory, Cadence, OpTime, ASAP, Clin-doc, and Orders specialist at Ballad Health. In 2021, Oluwole became an IT Support Team Lead at CSI Healthcare IT, assigned to the Morris County Regional COVID-19 Vaccination Center.

Olu Oluwole completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their degree, Olu Oluwole has obtained multiple certifications. They completed courses on IT support, IT security, system administration, and operating systems through Coursera in December 2019. They also obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the International Scrum Institute in March 2019.

Furthermore, Olu Oluwole completed courses on computer networking and help desk support specialist through Google in 2019. They also obtained a certification in Health Informatics for Innovation, Value & Enrichment (Clinical Perspective) from Columbia University in the City of New York in March 2017.

Additionally, Olu Oluwole obtained the New York State Nurse-Aide certification from the New York State Department of Health in February 2015.
