Susan Wachira-Nyika

Susan Wachira-Nyika serves as a member of the Board of Directors for PMI of Southern Maryland since February 2024 and is the Founder & CEO of Transmitio LLC, where IT solutions are developed and delivered. As an Associate Practitioner at The Culture Factor Group since November 2020, cultural consulting in organizational culture and intercultural management is provided. Previous roles include Board Member at K-NAD Sacco, Program Manager at Intact Technology, and Delivery Manager at Motivf. Prior experience also features independent consulting and project management at the American Chemical Society and the American Psychological Association. Susan holds a Graduate Certificate in Knowledge Management from The George Washington University, an MS in Software Processing Systems from the University of St. Thomas, and a BS in CIS & Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls.
