Zivi Kalay

Zivi Kalay serves as the VP of People Ops at MedAware since March 2024. As the Owner and Business and Management Psychologist-Consultant at ZK Consultants since January 2017, Zivi Kalay focuses on leadership development and fostering corporate culture aligned with organizational strategies. Additionally, Zivi Kalay has been an Intercultural Management Consultant at Hofstede Insights since November 2021, addressing global management challenges. The role as Owner in Leadership and Organizational Development has been held since June 2003. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at AKT Human Capital Solutions from 2017 to October 2020 and working as a freelance Management-Psychologist Consultant from June 2003 to January 2014.
