Rethiya Khan

Rethiya Khan currently serves as a Certified Coach at The Culture Fix® and as Academy Director at True North Lean, both positions held since November 2023. Previously, Rethiya was a Senior Manager for Corporate Learning and Development and HR Business Partner at ISI GROUP Co., Ltd from September 2018 to October 2023, focusing on training strategy development, business analysis, and talent management. Other roles include HR Manager for Corporate Learning and Development at Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance PLC and various positions at World Vision over a six-year period, including Operations Manager for Sponsorship. Early career experience includes grants coordination and project management with Save the Children Norway and program officer roles at World Vision. Rethiya holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from the Royal University of Phnom Penh and has completed multiple certifications in workforce development and training.
