Brian Englar

Brian Englar is a freelance journalist at The Daily Record since April 2019 and has been an English teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools since August 2018. Previously, Brian worked as a reporter at the Frederick News-Post from March 2010 to August 2013, where coverage included police and courts as well as features on local and state politics, weather, food, entertainment, and human interest stories. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Hood College.
