Erin Osenbaugh is a seasoned professional in donor relations and database management with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Donor Services at The Dallas Foundation since April 2024, Erin previously managed alumni and donor relations at Leadership Austin and held roles that focused on donor relations at Austin Pets Alive! and IT'S TIME TEXAS. Erin's background includes significant contributions to database integrity and gift processing at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, as well as fundraising initiatives at Associated Services for the Blind and Visually Impaired and United Way for Greater Austin. Erin's career began with roles at SafePlace and the American Red Cross, where expertise in managing large constituent databases was developed. Erin holds a B.S. in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin and has pursued additional education in data leadership and nonprofit management.

Established in 1929, The Dallas Foundation is Texas’ oldest community foundation. The Dallas Foundation serves as a resource, leader and catalyst for philanthropy by providing donors with a flexible means of making gifts to charitable causes that enhance our community and beyond. The Dallas Foundation gives donors a means to carry out their philanthropic vision. We help professional advisors address their clients’ needs and goals. We also identify community needs and bring together intellectual and financial resources to address them. The Dallas Foundation awards grants for a broad array of charitable purposes in the areas of the arts, education, early childhood development, environment, health, aging, human and social services, and public/civic benefit that improve the well-being of the residents of North Texas and beyond.
