Lemor Balter

Lemor Balter is currently serving as the Assistant Director and Dean of Faculty & Curriculum for the First Program at The Dalton School, a position held since June 2021. Previously, Lemor was the Assistant Director at My Little School from August 2019 to June 2021 and held multiple roles at The Speyer Legacy School from April 2011 to June 2019, including Consultant, Interim Assistant Head of Lower School, and Co-Head Teacher. Earlier experience includes a role as a 7th Grade Mathematics Teacher at Ocean Township Intermediate School from July 2008 to June 2010. Lemor holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction for Elementary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching & Sociology from The College of New Jersey.
