Cos Blair Brown

Blair Brown has extensive work experience in various roles within the property management industry. They started their career in 2011 as a Hotel Assistant Manager at San Luis Rey Downs Golf Resort. From there, they moved on to CBS Radio as a Lead Promotions Assistant/Sales Assistant. In 2013, Blair joined CubeSmart as a Manager, and then transitioned to ConAm Management Corporation as a Multi-Site Community Manager in 2014. In 2018, they joined Apartment Management Consultants LLC as a Regional Property Manager. Currently, Blair holds the position of Vice President of Property Management at The Danco Group, a role they have held since 2021. They will also take on the position of President of Property Management starting in May 2023.
