Louise Sponholtz

Louise Sponholtz is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in organizational development and strategy. Currently serving on the Advisory Board at Copenhagen Business School since September 2019, Sponholtz has also been a Team Leader and Chief Consultant at Styrelsen for It og Læring since 2014, focusing on digital guidance, strategy development, and process optimization. Past roles include external teaching at Copenhagen Business School, project leadership in various organizations, and consultancy in team building and process facilitation. Sponholtz holds multiple degrees from Copenhagen Business School, including a Cand. merc(psyk) and BA in Psychology & Economics, as well as various certifications in project management and coaching.
