Ron Stanley

Ron Stanley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ron is currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at The DarkStar Group, LLC, a fast-growing private company specializing in solving significant problems in the engineering and national security domains. Prior to this, Ron held the position of Vice President, Search Practices at Stanley Reid & Company, a niche Search Firm focusing on software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, and infrastructure. Ron has also worked as the Eastern Regional Director at Noblestar Systems Corporation, where they built a successful consulting practice, serving various clients including Marriott, Freddie Mac, and the US Navy. Additionally, Ron has held senior consultant roles at ITEQ and AMS (now CGI-AMS). Their career began as a Software Engineer/Computer Scientist at Global Information Systems Technologies (GIST).

Ron Stanley has a diverse education history. Ron obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the year 1995. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they pursued another Master's degree in Physics from the same university. Ron also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Physics, which they earned from Penn State University between 1987 and 1992. In addition to their formal education, Ron obtained a certification in "Networked Life" from Coursera in October 2013.
