Ahmad Wright has extensive work experience in various roles related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ahmad is currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Learning & Development at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager for Learning, Development, and Inclusion at the same foundation from March 2019 to December 2021.
Before joining the Packard Foundation, Ahmad worked at Stanford University where they held multiple positions. Ahmad served as the Assistant Dean of Career Education & Associate Director of Career Catalyst - Diversity from September 2016 to March 2019. Ahmad served as an Executive Recruiter at Parker and Lynch from August 2007 to August 2008, where they managed a sales pipeline and built relationships with key professionals. Ahmad also worked as a Staffing Specialist at CORESTAFF Services from August 2006 to August 2007.
