Elizabeth Arndorfer

Elizabeth Arndorfer is the Director of US Reproductive Health at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation since January 2017, leading grantmaking initiatives to enhance contraceptive and abortion access across the United States. Previously, Elizabeth served as a Program Officer at the Foundation, concentrating on reproductive health efforts in Louisiana and Mississippi. Elizabeth's extensive background includes consulting for various organizations on reproductive health and rights, domestic violence prevention, and toxic chemical exposure. Notably, Elizabeth provided strategic leadership for the Reproductive Health Technologies Project and Futures Without Violence, focusing on important research and public education campaigns. Earlier in Elizabeth's career, impactful roles included Director of Proactive Policy Institute and Deputy General Counsel at NARAL Pro-Choice America, where Elizabeth launched a think tank to advance proactive reproductive health policies. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Santa Clara University.
