Lisa Clark's work experience starts in 1993 at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they worked as a Financial Operations Manager until 1995. Lisa then transitioned to the role of Group Business Analyst until 1997, before returning to the position of Financial Operations Manager until 1999. In 1999, Lisa joined Agilent Technologies as a Financial Operations Manager, where they played a key role in restructuring the field planning and reporting organization. Lisa later took on the role of Sr Program Manager, leading the Finance Leadership Development Program and managing the Finance Campus Recruiting Program. Lisa continued to excel at Agilent Technologies, eventually becoming the Business HR Director before leaving in 2017. In 2017, they joined The David and Lucile Packard Foundation as the Human Resources Director and later became the Chief People Officer in December 2021.
