Marissa Guerrero, PhD, is a Program Officer at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, where responsibilities include overseeing grantmaking for civil society and leading evaluation initiatives. Previously, Guerrero served as Director at Arabella Advisors, managing project teams and guiding philanthropic strategies for organizations such as The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Earlier roles include Resource Development Manager and Program Manager at California CASA Association, as well as academic positions at the University of Chicago, where Guerrera taught constitutional law and advised graduate students. Guerrero holds a PhD and an MA in Political Science from the University of Chicago and a BA in Political Science with a minor in women's studies from UCLA.
