Jerry Murphy is a seasoned investment professional with a comprehensive background in real estate finance and private equity. At The Davis Companies since June 2012, Jerry has held positions from Senior Associate to Managing Director - Investments, focusing on various aspects of investment management. Prior experience includes a Summer Associate role at The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed underwriting and valuation processes for new real estate investments. Jerry also contributed to The Carlyle Group as an Associate, managing over $1.3 billion in equity across diverse property sectors, and served as an Analyst at Fannie Mae, leading the review of new business opportunities in multifamily debt and equity. Jerry holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University.
