Kaiwala Luangthumma has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and management. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Assistant to the Marketing Communication Manager at Chiang Mai Digital Works Co., Ltd. Kaiwala then became a Business Owner at Noodle Restaurant for a year in 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they served as the Executive Secretary to the General Manager at Amari Rincome Hotel Chiang Mai. Following this, Kaiwala worked as a Human Resources Manager at Click Connect Co., Ltd. and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they continued their career as a Human Resources Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Kaiwala then took on the role of Human Resources Manager at The Dhara Dhevi Chiang Mai from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the People and Culture Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In 2022, they became the Human Resources Director at Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach, A Concept by Hyatt, and later transitioned to the position of Human Resources Manager at The Dawn Wellness Centre and Rehab Thailand. In 2024, they became the Director of Human Resources at the same company.

Kaiwala Luangthumma obtained a HR Transformation Certificate in Human Resources Management and Strategies from Cornell University (eCornell) in 2024. Prior to that, Kaiwala received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Linguistics from Chiang Mai University. Additionally, Kaiwala obtained a certification in Aligning HR Strategy with Organizational Strategy from Cornell University.
