John Cooper, CFA, FRM has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. John started their career as a Coach and Supervisor at All Dorchester Sports League, where they coached and directed Little League Baseball, Softball, and T-ball leagues. John then worked as an Operations Analyst at Dec-Tam Corporation, where they conducted analysis and presented findings to the president.

After that, they joined Providence College as a Mathematics Tutor, providing tutoring services to students. John then transitioned to the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a Quantitative Analyst, utilizing Bloomberg data and Numerix analytics platform to price derivative transactions across various asset classes.

John then joined State Street as a Model Risk Auditor, AVP, where they audited models for risk assessment. John'smost recent role was at DebtX, where they started as a Senior Quantitative Analyst and was eventually promoted to Vice President, Analytics.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated their expertise in analytics, quantitative analysis, and risk assessment. John'sexperience spans across various industries, showcasing their ability to adapt and excel in different environments.

John Cooper, CFA, FRM, completed their education with a Master's of Science degree in Mathematical Finance from Boston University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate education at Providence College from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Mathematics with a minor in Economics. In September 2019, John obtained the certification of Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder from the CFA Institute.
